Both our blood pressure readings have been consistently 20 points less than before!

“We wanted to thank you for your help and concern for our nutritional well-being. We have changed our diet to a low-fat, low-sodium, low-sugar, with great results. Both our blood pressure readings have been consistently 20 points less than before!

In fact, my physician has taken me off the water pill I’ve been taking for the past 30+ years. W. has had to skip his blood pressure medication several times these last few months, so what you recommended has been a game-changer.

I have lost 15 lbs, and W. has lost 4 inches in his waist; he is bed-bound. I use your recipes many times and rotate them into our meal plan. We love the turkey meatballs with artichokes! You put us on the right path, and we are so grateful. Thank you so much for your help and guidance. We are feeling much better and will continue on this path.”

“Marina's nutritional support and recommendations have always been spot on!”

“I used to buy multivitamins from amazon in the past, and I was never as energized or as focused as I am now. The other multivitamins always somehow made me feel sluggish or slow. Marina’s nutritional support and recommendations have always been spot on with what I need to function optimally! My body feels a lot stronger and I’m seeing better results in the gym! This is A LOT coming from a gastric bypass patient!”

How long before I see results? and other questions you might have

While everyone’s body responds differently, many clients start noticing positive changes within a few days or weeks of following the tailored nutrition plan, depending on your medical condition and the diet recommended.
My aim is balance, not deprivation. We’ll find ways to incorporate your favorites while ensuring they align with your health goals.
Yes, I will be able to give you more specific and tailored information if you’re able to bring this with you. Please have available at our appointment your physical and medical history, blood work and any other medical reports you have.
This varies depending on individual needs. After our initial consultation, we’ll design a schedule that suits you.
Any decisions about medications should be made with your doctor. My plan will complement your medical advice and, in some cases, may lead to reduced medication or dosage with a doctor’s approval.
I specialize in providing advice tailored to individual needs, even when managing multiple health conditions. Your plan will be crafted to address all your concerns.

A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a food and nutrition expert. They can also be referred to as Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN). A Registered Dietitian provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling. An RD can help treat illnesses with medical nutrition therapy. Furthermore, RD can guide a lifestyle to prevent chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension, by providing medical nutrition therapy.

Anyone with a passion for food can refer to themselves as a nutritionist. Nutritionists can’t report back to your doctor, can’t recommend blood work, and may not be aware of the details of your medical condition. And, they aren’t qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for medical conditions.
