Yes — I accept most PPO insurance plans. I recommend calling your provider to ask if your plan covers Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a Registered Dietitian. If eligible, you may receive several covered sessions per year with little or no cost.
⏳ How many sessions will I need?
Most people start seeing improvements within a few weeks, but long-term change typically takes multiple sessions. We’ll work together to adjust your nutrition, monitor your progress, and build lasting habits that support blood sugar control, energy, and weight.
🍽️ Will you give me a meal plan?
Yes — but it’s not a generic one. We’ll create a customized plan over time, based on your food preferences, lifestyle, physical activity, lab work, and medical history. It’s flexible, sustainable, and designed to fit your real life — not just a list of foods to follow.
🖥️ Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I offer virtual sessions for clients across several states. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space. Many clients find virtual visits just as effective and more convenient than in-person appointments.

No. My approach focuses on balance, not restriction. You’ll learn how to enjoy the foods you love in a way that supports better blood sugar, energy, and long-term health — without feeling deprived.
